Decorating With Blue Bottles

One easy way to add a splash of blue to your white room is with bottles. There are hundreds of ways to do this on the cheap. My husband actually brought home 6 small blue medicine bottles he found on a job site and they look amazing grouped together on a white shelf in my bathroom.

White furniture makes a beautiful back drop for anything blue and these blue bottles are no exception.

Add flowers and ribbon, wood, or babies breath (my go to for making simple table displays).

It so amazes me how just a few simple blue bottles in a white themed room can create such a striking display.

Old vintage bottles pair well with anything brown. Marianne from Songbird chose green bottles against a white nightstand and added branches and pine cones.

For the beach house, just add driftwood.

Don't just think bottles....These blue glass jars and vases from the Tara Dennis Watermark collection create a stunning center on a white table. Note the dishware in the background. This woman has created a stunning seaside collection of homewares all inspired by the coast.

When decorating with bottles, anything goes. It's easy. It's inexpensive. It's breathtaking.
